What we check before a casino is listed

Four things decide the order of the table above: the licence the operator actually holds, how long a withdrawal took when we tested it, the number of unresolved player complaints, and how the bonus terms are written.

A big headline offer with a 40x wagering requirement on both deposit and bonus is worth less than a smaller offer cleared at 25x on the deposit alone. We calculate the real cost of each bonus instead of repeating the marketing number.

Reading a bonus term sheet

Three lines change the value of almost every offer: the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet allowed while clearing it, and the maximum cashout attached to free spins. If a casino caps the winnings from free spins, we say so next to the bonus.

Where a term is unclear, the operator is asked directly. Answers that contradict the published terms are noted in the review rather than smoothed over.
